There are many options in the cmake configuration. I would recommend build with MINC2 support and VTK apps

Turning on USE_SYSTEM_ITK. Where is ITK_DIR when InsightToolkit(-devel) is installed?

Important to note, you want to use ANTs scripts, so copy them from the source directory Scripts/ to the bin directory where antsRegistration, etc are located.
