Here is the upstream link for this project.
URL: https://github.com/isis-group/isis
I am not sure how to update its record to reflect this.
The repo exists at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/isis, but nothing was ever imported, and I cannot find the review ticket. Anyone know what happened here?
The review is here (and the spec link still works too)

it's from 2015, so it'll probably need quite a few updates
I took a look at the package as approved, to see if it could reasonably be updated. Here is what I did. I’m not planning to work on it further. If nobody else is either, perhaps the never-imported package should be orphaned or retired.
Thanks @music. I'll take a look and see if I can move that along. Upstream, unfortunately, seems to be inactive. So if we don't get any responses to your tickets in a bit from them as an indication of it still being maintained, we may just orphan/retire this package
Project appears to be abandoned upstream. Last commit was eight years ago. In addition, the package was never imported into dist-git.
Suggestion: Close issue and orphan / retire package in dist-git.

I went ahead and retired it. @ankursinha , could you please hit the Orphan button on the project and close this issue?

Done, also remembered to remove neuro-sig from the package so we don't keep getting notifications.
