Reason for outage:
We will be upgrading koji to the recent 1.22.0 upstream release, updating builders to the latest kernel and updates, and doing some database vacuuming.

yes, unless it causes issues and we have to roll it back.

Horribly.
I ran into https://pagure.io/koji/issue/2422 - no builders could authenticate to the hub and https://pagure.io/koji/issue/2421 - timestamps are broken on some builds.
I had to revert back to 1.21.1. Once things are fixed we can upgrade again.
ok. I got the fix for 2422 rolled out (updated python-requests-gssapi) and re-rolled out 1.22.0.
2421 is still broken but it's due to the db migration so it's going to take a upstream fix to the web interface, it won't work to downgrade anyhow.
I also have left off bootstrap because I ran into some issues with it as well.
