• Meeting time - We need to state that we try to meet bi-weekly but not at fixed date or time, we conduct a whenisgood time for everyone and do these meeting mostly on weekends.
• Meeting logs - They are not anymore on meetbot. But recordings and google documents.
• Events Page - We don't do all these events regularly. Flock 2017 event needs to be updated and 2018, 2019 needs to be added.
• More - There can be more changes required which can be listed in this ticket later.

@amsharma I can't assign this ticket to me, but I am on it.

We all can keep an eye on the pages and highlight/list the changes required here in this ticket and someone can pick-up the todo's and fix them.

@amsharma Could we please open new tickets each time we need to make changes to our docs? It is easy for work to get overlooked in tickets without concrete closing criteria. We should encourage folks to open issues here when our docs are out-of-date, and then we can triage them accordingly.

@ashlyna and I discussed this ticket after the meeting today. She is going to explore our docs and fork the repo. Next Thursday, we will follow up in the Docs Mentor Session for next steps.

@ashlyna and I followed up on this in the Mentor Hour today. @ashlyna is going to work on correcting the meeting time on our main landing page for the docs. We will skip making changes on the "Team" page since @orionstar25 is working on merging the "Team" page into the main page (#144).

hey, so the calendar link for upcomming meetings is very out of date. Is that calendar system something we are going to be using again in the future or should it just be removed?

We covered this in the meeting! Turns out, the link in the docs is to a suuuper old meeting. The right one is here:
