The chroot settings (e.g. "With options") doesn't seem to be copied from the rawhide chroot when a new fedora chroot is created.
At least that's what appears to have happened with the Fedora 34 chroot on one of our projects, could have been a user error, but I'm 95% sure we didn't mess with it and the --with flag was set on the rawhide chroot at the time of branching.
