#465 Fedora 29 Atomic/Cloud Test Day
Closed: Fixed 5 years ago Opened 5 years ago by sinnykumari.

As discussed in atomic-wg meeting today, we would like to have F29 Atomic/Cloud Test Day preferably right after Beta release. By looking at the F29 schedule, Beta release date can be:

2018-09-18: Beta Release (Preferred target)
2018-09-25: Beta Release (Target #1)

It will be good to discuss with Fedora QA team first and then see which date after 25th September works well.

Fedora QA team has suggested, Monday 1 October 2018 as tentative date for the Test Day. Does this date look ok?

Wiki page for Atomic/Cloud Test Day has been created - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:2018-10-01_Cloud-Atomic_Testday (we will provide media links to be tested next week)
Test Day event page - http://testdays.fedorainfracloud.org/events/49

Sent a pitch to Fedora Magazine ML to get article published next week - https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/magazine@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/YU7UJRRLCDG4UUKMUMGEJNTES7KVX2JS/

F29 Atomic/Cloud test day happened successfully on 1st October. Test results can be found at http://testdays.fedorainfracloud.org/events/49 .

From the test results, overall it looks good with no major issue observed.
