For f27 we had an upgrade article on pa.io and a features article a little later on fedmag that also linked to the upgrade article. Would be nice if we could do the same for f28.

@miabbott is going to write the upgrade article for us (with input from jason for the Kubernetes parts)
@dustymabe convinced me to write the upgrade article, which will be mostly me re-purposing the 26->27 article that he originally wrote. :laughing:
I'll have something ready for the PA blog by tomorrow (May 1).
