I know that mirrors can take a while to sync, but 3 days seems beyond the limit.

11-30 is still missing (assuming it's supposed to be there)
These mirrors only contain released content. We didn't release 11-30 media so it's not supposed to be there.
In that case I agree ... this looks resolved.
