At least the workstation-ostree does not include btrfs-progs. atomic host install btrfs-progs does work but I think it should be included. (xfsprogs and e2fsprogs are included.) To support btrfs installations, it ought to be present at the time dracut runs so the tools can be baked into the initramfs.

discussed in the meeting today and we agreed to include it in workstation. jzb closed the issue as walters has already merged it so that it is added in the workstation ostrees in the future.
