During our ongoing efforts to standardize the container review process, we ran into an issue where we couldn't set the fedora-review flag as one would in a package review. Please chase down how we can change the template so this flag can be set.

To be clear ... the Container Review component of the Fedora Docker Images project does not have fedora-review as an available flag like the Package Review component in the Fedora product has.

We'll need to get someone with permissions to change the templates assigned to a component to add it.
