Some comments:
For this Fedora 28 release party, none of local ambassadors have enough time to organise, and pany volunteers to help in Beijing. Pany has been involving in offline events since around 2014. I've been working closely with him. I believe he already have enough knowledge about Fedora. So I think he can act as the event owner. Meanwhile I will work closely and mentor him in organizing this release party.
