The search box in resultsdb just says "Search" and presents a text field. So I wanted to search for into F21 stable phrase, which is often present in summary. But the link looks like: http://taskotron-dev.fedoraproject.org/resultsdb/results?item:like=into%20F21%20stable% which seems to indicate that only item is searched, not summary.

Fair enough. Let's change the box's caption to "Item". Resultsdb does not even allow searching summary at the moment.
@kparal - do you think it's worth implementing? I'm not really sure why, and how often would you want to do that search.
I think searching just in item is fine for the moment. Let's just mark it as such.
