A new tag needs to be created, f10-final. This tag will be used to hold the builds for 10 (Preview). The rawhide compose of 10/28 should be done from the f10-final collection, which is updated just prior to rawhide compose starts. dist-rawhide needs to be changed to reflect the new source.
f10-final has been created and populated. dist-rawhide inherits from it, freeze is in full effect.
