Newly unretired "ndoutils" package does not build in Koji.

The list of builds that do not complete (f19, f20, master):

== Bug analysis ==

All of them build and assemble the src.rpm fine, but after completion the tasks complete with the failed status and nothing else happens. There are no errors in the logs.

Only branches that have been unretired (Fedora) have problems building. Pre-existing epel7, el6 and el5 branches do not have any issue.

== Notes ==

The same package had some issues in GIT that were resolved by Kevin; don't know if this build failure is related or not.

Please note that I filed a "New Package SCM Request" as well as a "Package Change Request" because nothing happened with the first; I could not get access to the required branches.
