  We previously requested that ELN stay with dnf in the buildroot to avoid issues caused by the dnf5 switch in the middle of a crucial period (#11895). That has since passed and all bugs fixed, so we're ready to get back on the dnf5 train.

To that end, please: koji edit-tag -x mock.package_manager=dnf5 eln

• When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
  Whenever possible, but preferably well before the F41 mass rebuild.

• When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
  Whenever dnf6 comes out :-)

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
  ELN will continue to diverge from rawhide, and rely on an eventually unmaintained package manager in the buildroot.
