#12100 Unretire rpms/erlang-stringprep
Closed: Get back later a month ago by jnsamyak. Opened a month ago by rhn-mk1.

  • Describe the issue

The package is no longer in my repositories.

  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    2024-05-11

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Missing context.

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
I'll have to keep rebuilding the package manually, and no one else benefits from it.

I fixed the problem locally.

You need to ensure a few things before getting ownership of this package. Make sure you are in the packagers group[1] and if the package is retired for more than 8 weeks, you need to file a Bugzilla ticket, the package review tracking ticket is required only for new or long retired packages[2].

So the right way is to open a Bugzilla ticket, and get it reviewed once that is done, feel free to reopen this ticket, and I can help you with the unretirement
