#11334 Please send openh264-2.3.1-2.fc38 and openh264-2.3.1-2.fc39 to Cisco
Closed: Fixed a year ago by kalev. Opened a year ago by kalev.

Please sign etc and send the following two builds to Cisco for hosting:

openh264-2.3.1-2.fc38
openh264-2.3.1-2.fc39

This is mostly needed to push out an initial openh264 build for f39 that is currently missing after branching. While at this, I took the opportunity to bump gstreamer1-openh264 subpackage to version 1.22.1 to match the rest of the gstreamer1 stack.

Thanks,
Kalev

sent, will update this when it gets live.

Excellent, thank you!

Things should be in place.

Thanks! I tested it with both dnf --releasever=38 and dnf --releasever=39 and these both worked fine, but --releasever=rawhide seems to still point to F38 rpms instead of F39. Does it need updating in mirrormanager?

It should have updated. ;(

@adrian any thoughts?

I see the files on mm-backend01 have been updated today, but the script to detect changes is only running once a day:

15 20 * * * mirrormanager /usr/local/bin/umdl-required codecs /var/log/mirrormanager/umdl-required.log

So, perhaps when releng syncs one there we should manually run that script?

can you run it now? or would you like me to?

It's still pointing to F38 even though the cron script should have run twice by now:
https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-cisco-openh264-rawhide&arch=x86_64

Sorry, I didn't read the ticket correctly. The rawhide redirect has to be changed manually. Just did that. Should be live in about an hour.

The detection of the *39 repositories happens by the cron job.

Excellent, thank you! Looks all good to me now.
