Please explain why "invalid", F30 mass branching is done
The scm tool doesn't seem to be updated for f30 yet. @pingou
Looking at the fedscm-admin code it seems to be expecting an sls field in the json here which seems to be missing

Nevermind, I had missed some code which bypasses this requirement for standard branches :)

The branch was created in PDC and git. It may take up to 10 minutes before you have write access on the branch.
