Howdy Petr, I saw you're interested in this from rhbz#2376349. This type of package does qualify for a review exception, so I'll approve it. If you have any questions on the implementation please do stop by the EPEL matrix channel and other packagers like myself will be happy to help. The important thing is to not have any file or package name conflicts with what is in RHEL.
