Problem

It's confusing on how or where to create a new group.

Analysis

To create a group, you first have to go to the "Browse" page, go to the "Groups" tab, and then hit "New group". This process would be made less confusing if there was an option (in the form of a '+' button) to create a group from homepage, near "my groups".

it's okay @jflory7 , you put a lot of effort in filing the tickets and i personally like it.
