Since the packaging guidelines on docs contain a page on sourceurls, could someone please redirect the wiki page to it too?

(The wiki page is protected, so someone with the necessary access needs to do it)
I see the fist box ("Smallest Compressed Archive") is not on https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/SourceURL/
If you can send a PR that makes the AsciiDoc content up to date, I'll gladly do the redirect.

Commit 2cb0fca fixes this issue
This issue is not resolved yet. The old wiki page still does not have the redirect, even if the additional content it has has now been imported to the current Guidelines.
I added the redirect to the wiki page.

Actually I went ahead and changed that to a hard redirect.
