I am building an ISO now to upload. Seeing a few warnings/errors. Putting them all here so we can see what needs to be done about them.:

Quite a few of them look like bugs that need to be reported to the respective packages.

Could these bugs be causing the:
Error calling StartServiceByName for org.freedesktop.fwupd: Timeout was reached
That I am seeing in my Gnome Software (3.34.0) updates tab?
Also, clicking "Software Repository" in the pancake menu on the top right of the window takes quite a long time to load. But it does load.
Following up on the previous comment: I tried:
wupdmgr --version
client version: 1.2.11 compile-time dependency versions gusb: 0.3.0 efivar: 37 Failed to connect to daemon: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.freedesktop.fwupd: Timeout was reached
Then:
systemctl status fwupd
