This is a reminder that packages using Packit for automatic PR submission on detected updates should set Monitoring Status in dist-git to Monitoring.
As part of the PR submitted by Packit a scratch build is started by Fedor CI. Having another scratch build started by Anitya (upstream release monitoring) is a waste of resources. Moreover, Fedora CI and Zuul run a couple of additional tests, which are helpful in determining if an update is ready to be shipped.
Unfortunately, only the main admin of a package can change that setting. Otherwise, I would have flipped a few switches already.
In order to remind us of which packages need attention, I'll add them here as I run into them (usually when an update happens).
I submitted RFEs to Packit and The New Hotness. Let's hope they can figure out a way for automating this.
Updated the list today
