I have been following the discussion on holding meetings in dedicated meeting rooms. Based on that discussion, I was wondering if we should consider moving our biweekly meeting into a meeting room.
Pro: - more exposure - with more exposure, potentially more people willing to join neuro-sig
Con: - ...
Yeh, I don't mind either way. The only con is that folks that only want to see what's going on in the neuro-sig have to watch another channel for the meetings, but I'll make sure I put the logs in our channel for them too, so that should be OK.
All the 3 meeting rooms were free today. So we can use any of those. Maybe we go with meeting-2, which should be least active?
we could use fedocal to send out automated announcements, or I'm also happy to keep doing it to give it a human touch :)
Done now. We meet in the "meeting" room. I still send out manual reminders because fedocal doesn't do it the way we want
