Required order:

  • python-modelspec
  • python-neuromllite
  • python-pyneuroml

modelspec's new version, which neuromllite's new version requires, has two new deps:

  • cattrs
  • docstring-parser

So I'll package those up first.

Lots of packages for this:

  • cattrs requires exceptiongroup for py < 3.11, so in Fedora<37
  • exceptiongroup requires flit_scm

Added both these to our copr for the time being. Specs here:
