Package requires tensorboardX, which in turn requires pytorch. Bumping to hard in line with #254.

I totally forgot about this package...

I took another look this weekend. It turns out the dependencies on tensorflow / tensorboardX are optional as is the CUDA support. Without CUDA it supports OpenMP and it can also run in single thread mode. I've got no idea how useful this is without all the bling. :sparkles:
