I though this was requested here once before, but I can’t seem to find an old ticket…

Anyway, I’m quite confident this is proprietary “freeware,” not open-source or even source-available. The company responsible doesn’t appear to publish any open-source software, and this page lists the SON library as “freely down-loadable,” linking directly to a Windows installer and noting that they reserve the right to charge for it in the future.
