Is Python, but we'll have to check if all it's compulsory requirements are FOSS and appropriate for Fedora.

At a glance, this has some problematic dependencies.

  • DeepLabCut requires tensorflow and some related packages—plus MoviePy, which in turn requires imageio_ffmpeg and thereby ffmpeg. None of those dependencies are optional.
  • scikit-video requires either ffmpeg or libav

I don’t think this is going to be possible to package in Fedora.
