Short description: a DICOM viewer. 3D view for uniform and non-uniform images, De-identify DICOM, Ultrasound incl. proper measurement in regions, cine, Grayscale Softcopy Presentation, Structured Report, Siemens Mosaic format, United Imaging Healthcare (UIH) Grid / VFrame format, Sequential and interleaved 4D series, Parametric Map, Supplemental Palette Color Lookup, Elscint ELSCINT1 PMSCT_RLE1 and PMSCT_RGB1, MR Spectroscopy (spatial and data information), etc.

License: GPL3
Domain: maybe it is not strictly a neuroscience tool, but as far as I see Fedora Linux lacks of a DICOM viewer. Aeskulap was retired some time ago (upstream stopped development), and a valuable alternative, Weasis, is pretty difficult to include in the Fedora repository (Java, a lot of bundled classes, probably also license issues with in some libraries).
Note: upstream provides an rpm on their site (no spec file btw). Upstream would be happy to see this software packaged in the Fedora repository, but they have no time and energies to follow the packaging process and policies. https://github.com/AlizaMedicalImaging/AlizaMS/issues/2#issuecomment-926163735
I wrote a spec file. It seems to work. I need to polish it, maybe using autoforge as suggested by FranciscoD

Thanks @alciregi , that's awesome!
Should this go somewhere in the docs too? On the neuroimaging list?

Sure.
