#410 Update settings for Matrix channel

I don't know if this can be done, but if it can:

  • it'll be nice to update the logo on the matrix side
  • perhaps list the room in the public directory

Not yet figured out how to administer the room on the matrix side, but perhaps someone else will know. the #fedora-join channel has a logo, for example, so it should be doable.
