I see PEGTL in our list, and somehow I'm the primary admin. It must've been orphaned, and I must've picked it up as a neuro-sig package. But, nothing seems to use it, and it isn't a neuroscience tool either. So why are we maintaining it?
$ sudo dnf repoquery --release rawhide --source whatrequires PEGTL-devel ... Last metadata expiration check: 0:02:28 ago on Tue 08 Sep 2020 10:08:46 BST. PEGTL-2.8.1-2.fc32.src.rpm
Is this query correct, for a start?

mailed @alakatos asking if they want to take over, since they have made the latest commit.
The package has been transferred to @alakatos . The neuro-sig is still co-maintaining it, but we're no longer the primary point of contact---which is good since none of us seem to be using PEGTL at the moment.
