Issue fixed. Will package it as soon as the new 0.9.3 release is made.

I can provide it with NEST, but we're going to have to package brian1 also.

brian 1 is in a COPR: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/neurofedora/copr/

Brian2 support seems to be complete now:

but I don't see a release yet.

Had a brief chat with Andrew Davidson. He suggested we wait until Brian2 support is stable. They'll make a new release with it soon.
