We'd like to get @pac23 sponsored to the packagers group, and neuro-sig. He already knows how to build software etc., and has worked on his sponsorship by doing unofficial reviews. He's in the sponsor queue, and if he isn't sponsored this week (by 25/1/2019), I will look at getting him sponsored as a co-maintainer. We will of course, help him with his packaging work to learn the guidelines and packaging process better.
