#176 Package meshfix

Developer URL: http://pers.ge.imati.cnr.it/attene/PersonalPage/attene.html

GitHub URL: https://github.com/MarcoAttene/MeshFix-V2.1

Sourceforge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/meshfix/

Older Google Code site: https://code.google.com/archive/p/meshfix/

Based on the paper: http://pers.ge.imati.cnr.it/attene/PersonalPage/pdf/TVC2010_preprint.pdf

The reason for so many URL's is that the version of meshfix that has been used by various groups has been forked and modified by almost all the finite element modeling packages. Packages like forward that are not maintained still point to the older Google Code site for instance.

BuildRequires: SuperLU-devel

but there is still a path problem with slu_cdefs.h

Metadata Update from @mhough:
- Issue marked as blocking: #146

@mhough, see my update for #146, with this change
https://github.com/fangq/meshfix/commit/cc7430ca7aaf13e886798083a76392e5e07de634

I was able to compile meshfix on fc30 (but now it fails on ubuntu - I will figure out a portable way next). This should be helpful to resolve this issue.

@mhough, @fangq, and others, would packaging the MeshFix command-line tool based on https://github.com/MarcoAttene/MeshFix-V2.1 still be worth the effort?

I have a proof-of-concept spec file, but it still needs a patch for https://github.com/MarcoAttene/MeshFix-V2.1/issues/14, and I don’t want to submit it for review and maintain it unless it is actually useful for someone.

I'm not using it in my work, so I don't needed it myself.
