Now that we have quite a bit of software, we need to create appropriate comps groups to make these easier to install---and possibly aid in the building of required "spins/labs" in the future.

Suggestions:

• a group for computational neuroscience tools: "neurofedora-comp" or simply "comp-neuro"
• a group for neuroimaging tools: "neurofedora-imaging" or simply "neuro-imaging"

I don't think we need groups for utilities or data analysis tools. Users can install them as needed.

In line with this, when we do plan to release a spin/lab, I suggest we have two that mirror the two comps groups.

Since the target systems are workstations, I also suggest that we include non MPI versions of software in the groups. Advanced user can install the MPI versions. This will all need to be documented, of course.
