Ah, great. They've managed to implement a cyclic dependency! pyscaffold requires configupdater, and configupdater requires pyscaffold! Yay! :sob:

So one of them will have to be bundled to break this cyclic dep hell.

Bundled in pyscaffold so not needed at the moment. Closing.
