Let's aim for feedback/adjustment through this week's council meeting and then consensus voting after that.

The DevConf demo in two weeks might be mostly just a talk as there are still some unresolved practical issues we need to work out and the time is very limited -- some we know about, some surprise us as we try things (how unusual!). But overall this seems reasonable.

Also CC'ing @dmach for DNF.
