#71 [Meeting Agenda] a new agenda topic for the wg meeting
Closed: Fixed 5 years ago Opened 6 years ago by langdon.

Just a sample for how you should make an issue that you want the wg to discuss at a future meeting.

Add the [Meeting Agenda] prefix to the title of the issue. Members of the Modularity Working Group can then add the Meeting label to flag it as an agenda item for the next meeting.

I just wanted to add the keyword to ticket #63 , however it seems like I am missing some permissions, as there is no "Edit metadata" button. Is the ability to request meeting discussion a privilege only for Modularity WG members ?

@jkurik, we discussed this during the meeting yesterday and came up with the process outlined above for non-members: add the [Meeting Agenda] prefix to the issue title, then we can schedule it for discussion by adding the Meeting label.

We've talked this over on IRC and found that we don't need to add the prefix to issues because potentially any issue is a candidate for discussion in the meeting, and we'll decide which ones to put on the agenda case-by-case when preparing the meeting. Closing this ticket because it's confusing if left open.
