Update the README to cover getting the current tests to pass using https://blog.samalik.com/building-modules-for-fedora-27/ as an initial guide.

fedpkg clone modules/platform
cd platform
mbs-build local

This will take quite a while :)

Building the actual platform module means downloading the ~16.5k packages in the bootstrap module, but that's why https://pagure.io/modularity/fedmod/issue/2 is a follow-up issue to this one
