#195 [Hack-half] Fedora ❤️ Python: What to do next?
Closed: Resolved 4 years ago by riecatnor. Opened 4 years ago by churchyard.

= Questions/Requested Information

  1. What is your proposal?

It seems that the Fedora ❤️ Python initiative has recently become more stagnated. It's not that Fedora no longer loves Python, but the relationship has become rather boring, after several years of marriage. I'd like to figure out, with people who understand metrics and marketing more than we do, what to do next.

  1. Who in addition to the speaker needs to be in the room for this to succeed? This could be the audience you need to reach, other participants in the conversation, or other stakeholders.

List each person by their name and FAS ID, as shown below:

  1. Is this a FAD/Hackfest that lasts a half-day or even less (2 hours would do)

  2. Anything else we need to know?

This is a followup on this Matthew's comment.

  1. Who are you?
  • Name: Miro Hrončok
  • FAS ID: @churchyard
  • IRC Nick, if not FAS ID: mhroncok

I agree that this needs more love, I'll attend.

I'd love come, if we do get someone outside the python SIG. We do need someone with (even just slightly) more of a marketing/devrel point of view.

Yes, if it would be just us, it makes no point.

@mattdm, @bex would you be able to attend and/or recommend others?

I can confirm the abstract as request via e-mail.

@mattdm, @bex would you be able to attend and/or recommend others? With engineers only, this session is pointless.

I guess we better cancel this then.
