I am trying to retire python-clikit, but I am getting:

❯ fedpkg retire "Upstream is dead, nothing depends on it, blocks upgrade path to Fedora 38" Fedora release (f38) is in state 'frozen' - retire operation is not allowed.
According to Package Retirement Process it should be possible to retire packages on Branched Fedoras up until FinalFreeze. I think the problem is related to Bodhi and the introduction of frozen state. Similar problem here: https://pagure.io/releng/pull-request/11322
