I created an icon for LXQt using their logo. The LXQt logo was designed by @Caig on Github and is licensed CC-BY-SA 3.0. I also created a row for LXQt but it needs to be filled in with the correct variables / sizes / links / etc.

I can't merge this PR, you took also very old commits and all to master branch. Never mind, I got just your icon from your fork and pushed it to the right branch. It's all done already, at next build it will be live in staging. For reference, see commit 568818c.
