#1127 Update install guide link in footer to F35

The install guide link in footer has been updated to F35. This should close Issue #961.

Since we would like not to have to update this link at every release, it would be preferable to use the current release variable instead (${global_variables.release['curr_id']}).

The build is failing. Please remove the break you introduce in the python expression (${..}).
And can you squash your commits into one?
