The link of "the online release notes" is breken.

Fix for this is PR#919.

I've merged PR #919 which fixes the spins.fpo part. @xdknight if you like and have time, can you file another PR for labs too?

The Release Notes are broken because docs changed the path, the rest works fine in labs.
