Applying for privilege to edit wiki pages is hard.
You need to know what is CLA, what are groups,
how to connect account to a group. And error
message You need to have at least CLA+1 (cla)
is overly confusing.

A better solution is to link directly to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Help:Editing?rd=WikiEditing
and make sure a way to ask help and propose
improvement is visible.

I'll also note, I don't believe its something we, the websites team, will be able to assist much, as the wiki is an infrastructure component.

I guess remove self from all groups except CLA here - https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/group/list/A*

Please file an Infrastructure ticket for this issue, we cannot help you with this. For spamming reasons Infra decided to allow wiki edits only to contributors who are at least in one group other than CLA (Contributor License agreement).
