If you're talking about the Fedora Code of Conduct, I think, since the getfedora.org is addressed to non-contributors, it's not mandatory mention it in the public site.
If you're referring to a CoC about the general use of Fedora resources , if existing, it seems appropriate to me.

I agree with @mailga here:
I believe we should put this on the getfedora.org website. I do not believe this should be blocked by it's absence on other sites (and we should open tickets for them). I do not believe this should be blocked waiting on a unified footer. I'll open a ticket for the commblog now.
I think it's important to make the code of conduct highly visible to all of current contributors, potential contributors, and to users. It should be seen early, rather than as part of joining, because that helps set the tone.
@bex we already have same footers for all websites, thanks for the CommBlog ticket.
