I was looking at the test site and the links blend into the text so much I kept missing that they were there. Can we make them stand out slightly?

The style now seems to stand out with boldface and blue. I had a hard time finding a link that wasn't prominent. So I think this has been addressed. If not, don't hesitate to reopen the ticket and point to an example where things are wonky.
