I'd like to replace the current static budget.fp.o with the new updated from source transactions site.
The site is generated via Jenkins job and posted as HTML to https://pagure.io/fedora-budget-site
Once this ticket is approved I will open a ticket with infra to get this moved into stage and production.
Today that repo only has content on stage.

There are some display challenges, but I'd like to get this at least in stage as soon as possible.

There is no issue from a websites POV. I'd rather advise you to open the ticket directly in the Infra trac, as we cannot handle the new budget.fp.o website; it will go under the wing of Infra applications. Infra will set up the website and finally point the URL to the new IP, instead of the actual one. Once this goes out also to the proxies you could just update this ticket telling us that you are done on the other side. We will then drop the budget source from our websites repo.

I was thinking if you really need the websites' footer in the budget website.
I feel like we have a lot of unconnected islands in Fedora's online presence. I really think we should tie things together.
Yes we have, and we need to leave them also unconnected, because they have different targets. People who go the Budget website are probably not interested in links to getfedora.org or whatever.
Websites are connected, and for webapps we use https://apps.fedoraproject.org/ instead.
