#56 Cloud->Atomic Changes for Before Fedora 25 release

mattdm and I had a conversation with @robyduck today. As part of the conversation we agreed on changes that could happen before the F25 release for the transition from cloud->atomic. These are the changes that we think are trivial enough to make it in before release. I will file a separate ticket for requested changes to happen after the Fedora 25 release.

We would like the atomic brochure page to be https://getfedora.org/atomic
We would like to make https://getfedora.org/cloud/ redirect to https://getfedora.org/atomic
We would like to make the download page be: https://getfedora.org/en/atomic/download/
We would like to make https://getfedora.org/en/cloud/download/ redirect to https://getfedora.org/en/atomic/download/
rename all links to /atomic from /cloud

Items 2 and 4 are done in staging and I have a commit ready for prod tomorrow morning.

Please test. I did setup the more general version of 4 so it should redirect for any of the language country codes. (ie, https://stg.getfedora.org/de/cloud/download should redirect to https://stg.getfedora.org/de/atomic/download )
