We got a complaint saying that support requests to server@lists.fedoraproject.org were not responded to. I replied saying that there are no support guarantees, etc., but belatedly I realized that the problem is probably mostly that the user just wasn't subscribed.

We should, instead, link to https://lists.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/server (and similar).

This also lets the list owners put a brief message about list etiquette, what can be expected, and so on.

I can fix this. Sorry for the earlier confusion, my bad.

It's all in the ticket, look in the title. The links are not only for server, but should be changed also for Workstation and Cloud a this point. Furthermore the same links are also for QA (test) and ARM (arm), this last one is in the pre-release spins page.

If you like go ahead soon, just change the variables.
